A 10-part series which paints the living portrait of ʿIbādur-Raḥmān — believers whose humility, mercy, and integrity turn faith into action and trust into community.
Part of Minaretein Center’s new mission, Al-Iman Amānah: Faith as a Living Trust, this flagship series redefines faith as something not only believed but embodied — a trust to be lived with dignity, mercy, and responsibility.
Drawing from the closing verses of Sūrat al-Furqān (25:63–77), Shaykh Dr. Omar Suleiman guides participants through ten defining qualities of the Servants of the Most Merciful — believers whose hearts are anchored in Allah and whose manners radiate compassion and balance. Each episode connects timeless Qur’anic character with the moral and social challenges of modern life, inviting individuals and communities to transform belief into service.
The upcoming session (08 Dec): Balancing Fear and Hope
“˹They are˺ those who pray, “Our Lord! Keep the punishment of Hell away from us, for its punishment is indeed unrelenting. It is certainly an evil place to settle and reside.”
— Sūrat al-Furqān, 25:65-66
In this session, we explore how the Servants of the Most Merciful live with a heart that is awake — balancing deep humility before Allah with hope in His mercy. Through verses 25:65–66, Shaykh Dr. Omar Suleiman shows that true īmān is neither despair nor complacency: it is the steady awareness of accountability that softens the heart, refines character, and protects one’s moral compass. The fear mentioned in these verses is not crippling; it is clarifying. It grounds a believer in responsibility, sincerity, and purposeful living. This session invites participants to rediscover how a healthy tension between fear and hope cultivates spiritual maturity, emotional resilience, and a life anchored in amānah.
