The Art of the Qalam: Riq'ah for Adults (Beginner)

This Arabic Calligraphy Course is designed for adults who wish to explore the beauty of Arabic calligraphy and build a solid foundation in one of the most widely used Arabic scripts.

This course offers a welcoming, interactive learning experience for beginners, with no prior calligraphy background required. Weekly sessions follow a progressive methodology, combining theoretical explanations with practical exercises to help participants develop confidence and control.

About the Instructor

The course is delivered in Arabic by Farhan Yudha Pratama, an Islamic calligraphy artist with a strong academic background in Arabic Language and Literature and extensive experience in teaching traditional Arabic calligraphy.

He holds an Ijazah (certification) in Riqʿah script from Shaykh Belaid Hamidi (Morocco) and is skilled in classical calligraphy, drawing, illustration, and digital editing.
