A reflective gathering with multiple scholars exploring how to prepare the heart for the coming of Ramadan.
As Ramadan approaches, believers are called to return to the Qur’an, not only in recitation, but in presence of heart, reflection, and intention.
Returning to the Qur’an: Preparing the Heart for Ramadan brings together a group of scholars (Shaykh Tahir Wyatt, Dr. Yousef Wahb, Shaykh Navaid Aziz and Dr. Osman Umarji) to reflect on how the Qur’an shapes spiritual readiness for Ramadan. Through complementary perspectives, the speakers will explore how reconnecting with Allah’s Book helps realign priorities, soften the heart, and enter the month with clarity and purpose.
Rather than focusing on technical preparation alone, this gathering invites participants to consider the inner state with which they approach Ramadan, reviving attentiveness to the Qur’an as guidance, healing, and a source of transformation.

This gathering is part of the Center’s broader Ramadan preparation programming, welcoming the community to pause, reflect, and spiritually realign before the blessed month begins.
